UFA-06LVL 2/3

First Responder Training

Shooting is half the problem. This course covers what to do in the minutes after — bleeding control, casualty movement and handover.

In almost every real incident, the person who saves the casualty is the person standing next to them, minutes before an ambulance arrives. This course makes you that person.

Covered content is practical and hands-on: catastrophic bleeding control, airway basics, casualty positioning, and how to hand over to emergency services without losing information.

What you will be able to do
  • 01Control catastrophic bleeding with a tourniquet and packing
  • 02Assess and position a casualty safely
  • 03Maintain an airway in a hostile environment
  • 04Give a structured handover to emergency services
  • 05Work a casualty care plan into your defensive response
