We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or order is the version that applies.

This website and our services are intended for persons 18 years of age and older. Firearms training and licensing services are subject to the eligibility requirements of the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000.

We reserve the right to refuse training or a transaction where we cannot satisfy ourselves that the requirements of the Act are met.

A booking is confirmed when we have acknowledged it in writing and, where applicable, received payment or a deposit.

Delegates must arrive able to participate safely. Anyone who arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who behaves unsafely on the range, will be removed without refund. This is not negotiable — it is a safety requirement, not a policy preference.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before a course may be rescheduled at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit. Corporate engagements are governed by the terms of the individual quotation.

Orders placed through the shop are subject to availability and confirmation of price. We will contact you before dispatching if a price or availability issue arises.

Firearms, ammunition and certain controlled items are not sold through this website and cannot be shipped. Where a product is restricted, the listing will state so.

Risk in goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes once payment has been received in full.

All prices are quoted in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude delivery unless expressly included.

Payment must be made in full before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

All content on this website — text, imagery, layout, code and the AKRA and UFA marks — is owned by or licensed to Ultimate Firearms Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from goods supplied, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the courts of South Africa have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
